ESUI Business and Management Journal of Nigeria (BMJN) is a quarterly double-blind peer reviewed referred open access online-only journal that provides outlet for articles in all fields of business and management. The journal is a publication of the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Management and Social Sciences, Eda State University Uzairue, which welcomes high-quality papers on theoretical developments and practical applications in business and management. Original research papers, sound reviews and high-quality technical notes are invited for publications.
Aim
The ESUI Business and Management Journal of Nigeria (BMJN) aims to advance knowledge and foster academic dialogue in all areas of business and management. As a quarterly, double-blind peer-reviewed, open-access journal, BMJN is committed to publishing original, high-quality research that contributes to the theoretical, empirical, and practical understanding of business practices, managerial strategies, and organizational innovation. The journal provides a platform for scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to disseminate insights that inform and shape business and management practices locally and globally.
Peer Review
Every manuscript must pass a double-blind peer review process. The authors will not be able to identify the reviewer or reviewers. Two experts will peer-review the manuscript. The evaluation procedure might take sixty days. As soon as the editorial board makes a decision, the authors will be informed, and the reviewer's remarks will be forwarded to them right away. Research articles' uniqueness Both empirical and non-empirical articles are possible. These ought to present fresh, well examined, and validated findings supported by compelling research methodologies. A complete document should be brief and include a clear description and interpretation of the work. Article length should not exceed 7,500 words. Getting Manuscripts Ready The following guidelines should be adhered to by authors when preparing their work for this publication.

All BMJN articles are available in digital format and archived on the journal's website.
Fees and Charges
Local authors are to pay N5,000.00 peer review fee into our account upon submission of their paper and N30,000.00 upon acceptance of the paper while foreign author(s) will be charged a handling fees of 100$ upon acceptance of paper for publication.
